On Monday, we hadn't heard anything and I called because she needed them by 9 am that morning. We had explained the urgency before picking this place and they said no problem. I was told someone would call me back with in the hour or email it directly to my daughter. Neither happened. I called again on Tuesday and Wednesday. Both times I left messages and never heard from anyone. It is now Friday (a full week since she got the test) and we still have no results and no one has called us back.
