"Would not recommend at all. My rate increased randomly and I was not made aware. When inquiring about it, I was unable to get an explanation. Very poor customer service, even from Josh Ross himself. I requested to cancel my policy, hopefully this is the one thing they get right. As far as your response Mr. Ross, that response alone is why you will not be getting a call or business from me. If the matter was so simple, it should’ve been handled accordingly. Good day."
