As the team here explained repeatedly, in NC, when you cancel a policy after it renews, you are charged a "short rate" for the time and coverage that was in place. "This office has really gone down hill since Michael Randolph retired. The employees Hector and Kirea are not suitable for the position in which they are employed. These two individuals were unable to resolve simple insurance based questions. I regretfully call corporates number to resolve the situation. After nearly 20 years as a customer of Allstate, I will no longer use them for any of my insurance needs."
