"So the 5-Star review is for the amazing service I always receive at NTB. However, I didn’t know they were taken over by Mavis and unfortunately no longer offer a standard oil change. That may not be a big deal for some people but paying upwards of $80 for an oil change is not worth it. If this doesn’t change it will have been my last appointment with this location. And it stinks because the service has always been amazing. This is what happens when big chains take over. Always about the $$."

"Visited facility as a walk in late in the day. Metal object in tire. JR, the front desk advisor, promptly evaluated the tire and told me it was borderline being able to plug. Clinton, the service tech, showed me the object in tire and spent a good deal of time to properly plug the tire. The staff here were awesome and the service and attention to detail impeccable."
