"Disgusted by the unprofessionalism of this company. Called recently to make an appointment and “Alex” answered the phone. He was being ugly and condescending for the duration of the call. Asked a few simple questions about my vehicle and was wondering if he had any advice for how I should proceed. He then stated to me that “I’m not going to just pull out a car from the garage to get you checked out that’s not how this thing works” insinuating that is anything close to what I was saying or asking. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was just having a bad day but by the tone and confidence he used during our phone call It’s clear I’m not the first person he’s treated with complete disrespect and unprofessionalism."
