"Went in for an estimate. I have no problem with having to make an appointment. But, they won't repair a vehicle without going through insurance? So, basically, turn cash away because they can't overcharge my insurance company. Awful business practices. 25 years in the auto industry, and I've never heard of such a thing."

"The team at Caliber Collision did an amazing job restoring my Denali Ultimate back to new condition after it met a deer at 80MPH. There was extensive front end damage requiring a ton of parts and labor to restore it to normal. They knocked it out of the park. I had my reservations on whether my truck would ever be the same and by golly it is GREAT! Christin was great, she kept me in the loop along the way as well as did a great job tracking down all the pieces and parts needed to do the repair.
