"This is my first time that i experienced bad customer service at sketcher. i think the old white lady with white/gray short hair is supervisor she was rude and racist to my family on July 12. First, when my family tried their shoes on the lady complained that we messed up her area. we want to exchange for a different size. she screamed at my cousin “what’s happened” we asked her to look up for us a different size she said No. When we checked out 2 pairs the cashier put it in the tote but my aunt wanted they put it in the navy drawstring backpack. The cashier explained this is limited so they only give away if you buy one pair. However the customer was next to me he checked out 2 pairs but they gave him the drawstring backpack so i complained. the white hair lady jumped in and said it was because my 2 boxes dont fit in the drawstring bag but other customer’s boxes fit. I should have ask her to prove it or tell her to keep the boxes. At the end we returned one pair so we can get the drawstring backpack we don’t have time for this racist person we can pay extra to get the bag we want. They should have give us the drawstring backpack to make customer happy"
