"I had a Christmas gift someone had mailed me. Took the items in to exchange sizes, ect. The clerk took all the items, and Instead store credit like we asked, returned them all to the card used to buy the products. Essentially returned all my Christmas gifts to the person who purchased them. I explained that that wasn’t what we wanted, they said there was nothing they could do about the mistake. I told them they lost my gift, and embarrassed me by returning the entire purchase to the person who bought and mailed gifts. The clerk stood there shaking in their boots, the manager hid in the back, did not offer coupons or anything to try to help situation, so we left gift-less with lots of explaining to do and no Christmas miracles. They obviously hate their jobs and don’t care, so no point in trying…"

"I usually like Columbia stuff, but there was not one single thing in there that I like my wife, our two daughters, and our daughters friend also went in and not one of us found anything that we walked out with or that we wanted and you would think it being add an outlet mall that the prices would be a little bit better, but for the most part, nothing is really that good of a deal there"

"Very clean, well organized store with friendly and helpful staff. Found some deals on dresses and socks. Love the quality of their products and price not bad if you can get on sale. In Tanger Outlet Mall off 501 in Myrtle Beach and is great location with lots and lots of other stores."
