"Customer beware! If I could give no stars I would. My insurance was downgraded from full to basic without any notice. I received no email or phone call requesting the proof of address that they needed. It wasn't until I hit a deer and a claim was filed that I was made aware of the downgrade. This resulted in me paying over 7k out of pocket to fix my vehicle AND my insurance costs have gone up. When I called to ask why this happened and how my driving score can be fixed since this was not an at fault accident I was blamed for not being aware that my insurance was downgraded. He continued to speak over me when I tried to ask questions and get clarification. Then I was hung up on 3 times. If you're looking for a reliable supportive agent, look elsewhere!"

"Called to get a quote, He was very helpful price was good. We decided to sign with them he took our payment for auto, but he was waiting for a second home owners quote to come back. We told him we will cancel everything with previous company a 5 day out. He had more than plenty of time to get home owners done. I called him and called him he completely ghosted us, I had to go with another company for home owners it's been a week I am still trying and have heard nothing email, text, phone calls. really disappointing that we have companies like this."
