"The store manager is disrepectful and says mean things when you try to return shoes. Instead of explaining the company policy, she was saying mean things and comment badly on the prices. Company returns policy on the discount items is convoluted and i felt is unfair. if you buy 2 high price and 2 low price items on buy one get second one on 50 percent discount, they apply discount on low price items. when you return the two low price items they charge full price on the high price items instead of applying the 50% discount on the second high price shoes. i thing she can very well do it.. but intentionally she was not willing saying that you need to bring all your shoes back when i have the receipt in hand."
