"The gym isn’t big, and one of the personal trainers is very very rude to the customers for no reason, he might be a manager, other people have also complained about him, he needs to get fired. Hes also bald which is fitting because he doesn’t deserve to have hair on his head with the way he treats others."

"I repeat do now come to this gym, they are blatantly racist and so rude, I am a new membership owner, I asked one of the employees for directions to the bathroom and his response was “find it yourself monkey”. I tried to get law enforcement involved and they said there was no proof, after that I just left after such blasphemy, after all 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!"

"Gym has not old, but not modern equipment, but their real issue is getting their opening staff to be on time in the mornings. It’s frequent enough to leave this review that they do not always open on time (5am). Today I sat in the parking lot until 5:30am, and still no one came to open the gym. By that time 30+ people had already left from waiting to see if they’d open also. It happens too many times that someone is late, or just doesn’t seem to show up at all to open."

"I was a member here during when the pandemic hit I tried to canceled my membership. due to an online issue I went in an signed a sheet for cancellation which I did have a copy of at the time. Me thinking I was fine now realizing they have been charging me since now which is unauthorized charges. I know I should have seen these charges but I assumed they were my current gym they are telling me they can’t reimburse me making up excuses I hope someone sues this company I will be contacting Charlotte local news about this company about how they do fraudulent unauthorized charges. TO THE PERSON SENDING AUTOMATED RESPONSE BELOW I AM CONTACTING THE BBB ALSO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL AS CHARLOTTE LOCAL NEWS. REFUND MY MONEY."

"I had a membership 7 years ago and enjoyed this gym so I can’t give them 1 star but I had a bad experience today when trying to go back. A lot has changed in 7 year so when I saw the 5 days free online I jumped at the chance to check out the new amenities and see if I wanted to rejoin. I had no problem signing up online. When I got to the gym today I was told the 5 days free was only for brand new members and I wasn’t allowed to use it. I was told they only allow new customers so they can sell the memberships. Well they could have easily attempted to encourage me to rejoin and maybe at least show me around a little, I was excited and feeling ready to try things out. Instead they made me feel discouraged and unwelcome and I will not be rejoining this gym."
