"The coaches are professional and they make sure that my kiddos have a one on one experience each time. Carolina Flipz has made my kiddos more confident and they have been able to make friends as well. Thank you all for what you do."

"(I already wrote a review on here but I wanna say more so hehehe) I really liked carolina flipz because the facility is well kept and clean, most coaches are nice, sweet and encouraging. Also all positive vibesssssssssssssssss Sadly I had to leave but I really miss everyone :c If you start here it'll emphasize your skills (in a good way obviously lol) But also I do think that it is a little bit expensive but its a great gym anyway! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ OH ALSO CAN SOMEONE PLS TELL COACH AVAN THAT PRIYA SAID HIIII(idk if I spelled it right I probably didnt)"
"This gym is very nice looking and I see most kids enjoy themselves while doing gymnastics. Most of the staff are nice as well. BUT! If this is a place you are interested in working at I suggest you go elsewhere. Agreements will not be kept (on paper or not) and the owner/management will not take care of their employees needs for basic living. I’ve had multiple jobs and have a great career. One thing I always look for is that the company and the owner truly care about their staff and their needs once they’re hired. Especially if they’re one of the best. By the looks of it from the outside you would think CF is one of those companies that cares… and so did I when my girlfriend flew 2,347 miles to work at CF. Yet that wasn’t the case. The owner does not care about her staff personal life needs and will not continue to keep her part of agreements. My girlfriend came to the terms of 35 hours GUARANTEED each week. Until she went back on it and then proceeded to close the gym for an entire week for Thanksgiving in which she will do the same for Christmas and New Years. Everywhere I have ever worked the hours that were agreed upon are the hours I WILL work and have ALWAYS been given minimum. This happening didn’t allow a girl who flew across the United States at 19yrs old to just pay rent for the following month. She didn’t even acknowledge the fact that she told you that it’s an issue and couldn’t pay rent in three days instead you avoided the issue by talking about admin work. That 35hr agreement WHICH IS ON PAPER is what allowed her to get an apartment in the first place and gave her the ability to do basic things like pay bills. Her response? “You can pick up more shifts and go to events.” Oh you mean the two events she went to at schools that she didn’t get paid for? Yeah no we will pass on that. Or “it’s not in the budget right now.” Really? A 10 year company in a brand new building can’t afford to pay an employee less than $30,000 a year? What about the money your previous employee said to pass down to someone else after she left? Is that money being pocketed by you? Interesting stuff. The fact is that there is no way to make up for an entire week plus of no work by picking up extra events/hrs… especially when they aren’t gonna be put in the system and get paid for like the two events she did work. Is this why others have left too? All this being said… she will rather throw you to the streets than give you a real helping hand, keep her part of the agreement, and protect her employees. But you best believe she would want a two weeks notice :)… Complete careless treatment of an employee by the owner herself Angi... You’re welcome. (It was all voice recorded)"
"My daughter started Carolina flips two months ago. The entire staff is amazing! Not only are they talented and really good at gymnastics but you can see and feel the support and passion they put into their students. My daughter enjoys going and we love her coach!"
