"The environment is dirty and full of bugs. Kids were playing in challenge who will find more bugs, and everyone found 5 bugs per each on the trampoline. The staff, Young girls, couldn’t determine between themselves who is going to work on every attraction, in this way kids were waiting for their decision for 10 minutes, in the biggest line. Crazy and unprofessional. Apple Pay didn’t work, to order pizza from concession stand was a challenge, it would be great to upgrade equipment for getting payment, cuz prices are high in compare with big air. Delivery fee for pizza is insane. That’s was last time we’ve been there."

"We had an outstanding visit with the family. The lady working Melody was a pure joy. Staff kept the place very clean and I love my ice cream socks I got instead of just some boring old socks."

"Fantastic for birthday parties! My daughter and I have been on a random weekend and enjoyed ourselves but their service for birthday parties was on another level. Upon booking they were very clear about packages and what would be provided by me vs them. They were in constant communication via text message leading up to the party. On the day of we were assigned a party attendant, Armani. He was phenomenal! I passed off the party decorations, cake and ice cream, and he handled everything else. He would check in to ensure everything was OK during jump time, then escorted us to our food area with everything already set up. He was constantly washing his hands and wearing gloves when passing out food/drinks. He was courteous to both the kids and the adults. It was worth every penny to be able to enjoy the party with my family and guests."

"This was the cleanest sky zone I’ve ever been to. The observation area, “chill zone” was awesome! Full view of the entire floor. My kids had a blast!"

"This place is Ridiculous!! Too many rules!! You are not allowed to seat anyplace. Very expensive for what it offers. There is a lack of balls that people fight to get one. The staffs stay the whole time saying everybody can not seat, hang a ball, be where they are. To top it off, there is no internet conection and their wifi doen’t work. I do not recommend this place !!"
