"Can I give a negative rating? I would NEVER recommend this agency! Communication is terrible! They will not pick up the phone to call you, they will email you and let things drag out. When I tried to switch to an agency that was closer to me, they refused to transfer me. They told me if I don't pay for my old policy with them, I will be turned over to collections. I had to contact the Department of Commerce to get Tate to release me. Even then the refused to send me a refund for my policy (which I'm still fighting to get). Apparently, clients are "owned" by the agency, so the corporate office could not help me. They also lied to the Department of Commerce about everything that transpired even though I have names and dates documented. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with any company."
