Waited 2-1/2 hours for 3 people to get simple haircuts that should have taken no more than 1 1/2 hours for a skilled barber to do. Phillip ordered out for lunch delivery and it arrived. My husband was the last person sitting there but Phillip then told my husband he was going to eat lunch but if he left while he was eating he'd lose his place in line. waited 20 minutes then left."
