"I’ve had some bad experiences with hair stylist and hair salons, but after booking my first appointment with Harriet at Ulta I am so happy I did! I’ve bleached my hair for years and Ms. Harriet recommended the keratin treatment, and after she cut and styled my hair (the way I wanted it cut, layered and all) it feels so much better. I won’t be coloring it again, but I think I just found my new hair person!!! Thank you so much Harriet!"

"First time ever in am Ulta Beauty store and I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful, the shelves were well stocked, and everything was organized. I came in for a product to help with hyperpigmentation and the staff were all very knowledgeable, polite, and helped answer any questions I had. It was a really good experience. I'll definitely be back for other items I regularly use."
