"Not sure if the employee was just mis informed or what I brought a battery to get charged he tested said it wouldn’t charge if we tried said it would be waste of time I kinda got the impression he just didn’t feel like dealing with it luckily I had a buddy with a charger and the battery charged fine haven't had an issue since. But auto zone gotta do better literally just needed it charge but thanks for nothing I guess lol"

"This location's employees are the most unprofessional not helpful does not have a very good adequate about themselves also they are very very racist they were openly talking trash about white race Americans to the point to where it was sickening. This was to the point to where my husband literally turned around and walked out of the store and did not even give a chance for rebuttal because of the fact that we have been loyal customers of this certain location for many many years and now there's individuals working there who are just so unprofessional that it's sickening. And the manager who we don't know if he was intimidated by or agreeing with what they were saying, however he never spoke up and said anything didn't tell them to stop talking like in front of customers not sure. They need to be taught that God doesn't like ugly and mean- ness and stuff"
