"It’s hard to give stars for service if you haven’t had service. When I called a few days ago to make an appointment, the phone wasn’t answered and I left a request for an appointment online. I still haven’t heard back from them. Today I went down there to schedule an appointment and was standing in the lobby for several minutes with no acknowledgment, even from the young lady who stared right at me and kept going, so I went to my car and called. Once again I left my information and once again, no reply from them. They made me feel as if my business was unwanted and I was nothing more than an inconvenience to them. I doubt I’ll be back. If you’re considering going there for any of their services, don’t waste your time."

"I chose this location off of client photos and because it was walking distance from my work. I do not regret this decision! I was scheduled with Logan. She messaged me about an earlier time slot and I jumped on it of course. I told her what I wanted, and she was honest with me that because of the extent of my hair damage (years of breakage from a bad at-home bleach treatment) that she did not feel it was safe for my hair to try that and she recommended a different color that I did not want. I didn't want to be difficult, but she was so kind and came up with a happy middle for me that I absolutely love. She even called her higher up for a second opinion which I respect whole heartedly. Before we were even finish I was scheduling a 2nd appointment with her. She was so kind the entire time and even gave me a scalp massage (to die for). I absolutely recommend this salon 100% and cannot wait for my next appointment."

"CJ has been doing my hair close to 8 years now. She is amazing in everything she does. She also did my hair for my wedding and it was beautiful and exactly what I pictured for my big day. She listens to your opinions and will always be honest. She also is amazing with men’s cuts, my husband also gets his hair and beard trim from her. And last year i went from long hair to really short hair and i love it! I get stopped by random strangers all the time telling me how much they love my hair!
