"After a pretty disappointing experience at the Elliot’s in Farragut I googled and found French’s. I walked into the shop and the worker there Frank greeted me immediately and asked what I was looking for. I started with my shoe size because I have a larger size than what Elliot’s carried and he immediately told me not to worry and that they had my size. He proceeded to find me a whole stack of shoes in my size for me to try on as well as continue to grab other options for my while I tried the initial stack. Shoe shopping is something that has always been awful for me, but I ended up finding the perfect pair of boots thanks to Frank."
