"Went there yesterday for black friday..knowing what I want..and ready to spend 500.00..left and drove to Pigeon Forge to make the purchase..due to the fact the red head and tattooed girls working there had the worst attitude I've ever seen in my life with customers. Never will go back."

"I have wore Vans for over 4 decades now and the majority have been bought at this location, however I had always bought Slip on Vans and never lace ups. I found some really awesome lace up Vans online and bought them. I ordered the wrong size, so I took them to this location for an exchange. Carl was an absolute gem of an employee and they took them back, ordered me a new pair to be shipped to my house and LITERALLY got them in less than 24 hours!!! I highly recommend this location and highly suggest that you ask for Carl!!!"

"Just happened to be walking by the store in Westown Mall. This Nirvana jumper caught my eye for my one year old daughter. Things are kind of expensive but seeing little girl in a Nirvana T-shirt is priceless. They have a lot of cool stuff and the staff was polite and helpful on our visit. I'd reccomend a visit as my experience was good."

"I went into Journeys looking for baby shoes and Sierra (one of the employees) had the nastiest face and a bad attitude. She looked at me like I was worthless and my priorities weren’t ahead of hers, the customer is always right and all I wanted was some baby shoes. My son Bryson is turning 3 and it’s almost Christmas, where’s the holiday spirit!? I went to Journeys Kids afterwards and got him something nice though, but I’ll never step foot in a Journeys again because I’ll always be reminded of Sierras face when I ask for a pair of baby shoes."
