"Terrible customer service. Went to get shoes for my daughter. Lady said they had her size in stock but it wasn't on the shelf. 2 employees told me that they were in the back but it would take them too long to find them and requested that I go to another location instead. Incredibly lazy, unprofessional, and rude. Too many shoe stores competing for business to be this rude in the industry. Sad"

"Went in for the advertised BOGO 50% off sale and 9/10 shoes had a note on the price tag stating they were only valid as the first pair, plus the prices on most first pairs were marked higher than all other stores in the area (for the shoes we were interested in), so not a deal at all. Plus, they had placed antitheft devices on the top holes of most shoes so my kids couldn't try anything on until they removed the devices, begrudgingly btw. Each time I asked the masked girl at the counter to help remove/relocate them, she acted like I was bothering her. No greetings by the staff or check-ins to see if we needed help. They were so standoffish, that we decided to just leave. Zero customer service. We went to another store and had excellent customer service. Management: pls train your staff to at minimum engage with your customers, ask if they need assistance, etc. Shoe shopping can be difficult and if you want sales, you gotta assist. Won't be back."

"So this is my favorite place to get shoes!! Best prices by far and the selection is far superior to similar shoe stores. I not only got these for myself but I also got my son a pair of hiking boots and tennis shoes. Spent under $100. Adidas, Merells, and Nikes were the brands we went with but they have so many to choose from."

"They don't know much about their shoes, but great selection and friendly to their costumers. I bought a couple pairs. Cause of the on going sale of buy one get half off the 2nd pair. God is good."
