"Recently went to this location. I love Dollar Tree for their selection and especially love their seasonal dishes! But this store was pretty messy. The kicker was that the cashier was on her phone- head to shoulder- the whole time she was scanning my items. I give the courtesy to the cashier by not being on my phone & would appreciate the same in return. What happened to customer service?"
"The manager her name was Megan, she was absolutely rude to her staff and I honestly feel bad for them. The place needs a lot and I mean ALOT of work to be done and the place is like so dam hot and the staff stay inside all day in that heat which is very concerning tbh. I literally hate this place know and never coming back to see that ugly and rude manager. She looked like she haven’t showered in weeks."

"I've been to a few other Dollar Tree stores around Knoxville and so far I like this location the most. It seems like they have more items here than other locations. My cashier who rang me up was really nice and friendly too."
"I feel terrible for the employees in there. It has a heat index of 106 today and there is no air conditioning in the building. Sharon is plugging along doing the best she can providing a pleasant shopping experience. I am seriously concerned for their health. There is no way their food could be any good sitting at a high temp."
