"I visited 3 stores over the last few days and the Ultimate Bicycle staff were the most helpful. They discussed my plans for using the bike, where I wanted to ride, and my price range. In the end, I found two bikes I liked. I came back today to test ride them again. They suggested I ride the bikes up a hill because the handle differently. I’m happy I listened to them because the one I was leaning toward did not do well up the hill. They showed me the “extras” I wanted including a cute bell. Checkout was simple and they loaded it in my car and bottle holder. I would highly recommend a visit to their store. They have a variety of brands, styles, and at all price points. They also have a great repair and service department to keep you riding for a long time."

"What a great experience. Came with my daughter to get sized and then returned later to buy the bike as a gift. Someone took the training wheels off and tightened all the important components. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone (novice or expert). The only thing I noticed was that the white handle was dirty and greasy from the techs working on the bike. For a $200.00 bike I would have preferred the bike to be 100% clean but understood why it got dirty just something to note."

"I walked in to find some new grips for my mtn bike. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who showed me where they were. He explained a little about the differences in their selection, and made some pleasant small talk about MN/WI since I just moved down in April. He had another customer ask him about some bike options and excused himself to help him. While I was admiring some of the full suspension bikes another staff member asked if I needed any help. I found some sale items and one of them was a sweet set of grips. He said it's all 50% off. I was more than happy to get a $30 set of locking grips for $15. I asked how much to swap a set of petals for me, and he said no charge, and offered to swap out the grips quick while they were at it. Pleasant experiences like this make me a loyal patron. I will be back when I need accessories, or maybe one of those awesome full suspension bikes! ;)"
