"If I could leave a zero star review I could, I left my kids there for them to come back with bruises and I go back to come to find out the teachers are putting hands on my kids and they try to make me pay and never did anything to the teacher. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE, they wil lie to you, take your money and hurt your kids. There are other kids parents reporting teachers and they do nothing about it!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This school has caused nothing but stress and trouble for me when the purpose of daycare is to elevate the stress from having to worry if my daughter is being well taken care of. All they care about is getting as much money out of your pocket as they can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I reported a teacher that put my daughter in a chokehold and proceeded on dragging her away. My daughter has told me time after time she does not feel safe with that teacher and I’ve heard from other parents their kid doesn’t like going with this teacher. Nothing was done when I reported the incident. Immediately after that I started getting call to immediately come and pick my daughter up from school in the middle of the day when I’m at work because she was showing “challenging behaviors” and threatened if I didn’t come they were going to charge extra fees on top of the already paid week. They had me go pick up my daughter around 11AM twice in a roll. This could have cost me my job. And on top of that my payment didn’t go through one time in the entire 4 months that I never failed to pay and they would not grant any grace and didn’t let me drop off my daughter even though I paid but the payment was in process and I had to be at work. This school has zero sympathy and do not want to put in the work for actually caring for kids and just care about getting money in their pocket. Stay away from this school if you want to save yourself the headache."

"Exceptional Care and Comfort for Infants at Primrose Daycare! I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful experience my infant son had at Primrose Daycare, and particularly for the outstanding care provided by Ms. Hanna, the infant teacher. From the moment I enrolled my little one at Primrose, I was impressed with Ms. Hanna’s care. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, but it was Ms. Hanna who truly stood out. My son started daycare at Primrose shy of 12 weeks. I was very nervous leaving my young son daycare but Ms. Hanna made me feel very comfortable. Leaving your precious little one in someone else's care is never easy, but Ms. Hanna's nurturing and compassionate approach put my mind at ease."
