"I went here for an auto inspection on 9/6/19. I have dark tint on my car and have been told before that it just barely passes the inspection. I was greeted right away and a man told me he would begin right away. I waited in the waiting area for about 30 minutes. A different man came to speak with me and told me that my tint was too dark and they would not be able to pass it. He had all of my information typed into a formal inspection form that said "fail" across the top. I proceeded to say thank you and leave but he told me that I was required to pay for today's inspection because they "already completed it". I told him that I know that I do not have to pay for a failed inspection; which thankfully I knew this previously, otherwise I would have unknowingly paid for this service. After I told him multiple times that I was not paying, he then proceeded to tell me that the price included for them to remove my tint. He was standing in front of me, blocking me from walking towards the door, still holding my keys - a very uncomfortable situation. I don't appreciate the pressure and deception. I don't want another female in this situation not knowing that you DO NOT PAY for a failed inspection or being pressure into paying for something while blocking my way out the door and withholding my keys. Unacceptable customer service, and even if I do end up getting tint removed, I will absolutely not be coming here."
