"Do not use this company. They do not train their management correctly. With the previous manager I was able to schedule a time for them to pull out my account for auto pay. Then because I get paid in the afternoon they stated I could schedule it on a Saturday. So I have to pay an extra $5 on payment for a service fee because the auto pay is coming out early which is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to call every two weeks. Why can’t I just have it come out after 12pm. The new manager is useless and hung up on me twice. Rude and unprofessional. Idk what happened to Ana morales but she knew what she was doing in assisting me. The new management didn’t even try."
