Old school gas station also, check oil, tires and washer fluid plus clean exterior of windows with every fill up. Gas is a little more expensive but it well worth it to keep me on point with oil and tires plus clean windows. Dan and family do an awesome job."

"This is one of the few remaining full service gas stations remaining in Charlotte. They are friendly, family-owned, pleasant to deal with, and they are honest and considerate. I have an older car and brought it in to get a large amount of maintenance. At first, I just brought it in for an estimate and a paid brake check, and even then they put in a few more hours than I expected trying to pinpoint a pull on the steering wheel while driving. This was not billable time, yet they still looked into it anyway, rotated the tires, and put in a more than fair amount of time trying to isolate the issue to provide an accurate quote. I told them it was just an around the town car, and they gave me honest advice with a quote that was only fixing the essentials, instead of trying to sell me a bunch of services that I wasn't looking for. It was a fixed price quote for a very reasonable amount considering all the work that needed to be done. I took the car in a week later, and they gave me a friendly ride back home from the office. It ended up taking a day or two longer than anticipated since I had an old car with unexpected tasks taking longer than anticipated. But they stuck to their original price, did not charge extra for time. Furthermore, they even put in more extra time fixing a few minor issues that I didn't ask to be fixed. In the end, the price was fair for the excellent services rendered, and I would highly recommend them. They are a small hidden gem in the Myer's park area. They are not fancy, don't have plush couches and giant TVs in the waiting room, and even write their estimates and invoices out by hand. (I would plan on dropping the car off and coming back for it later instead of waiting around in the small office). If you're looking for a no-frills local neighborhood mechanic with reasonably priced services that go above and beyond expectations, I would highly recommend this station."
