"My experience today at this Nike outlet was fine until I got to the counter. Kia, the Nike employee, had no type of good customer service whatsoever. I had my Nike app opened and clearly displayed and ready to be scanned but do you think she scanned it? Nope. She was busy fumbling with the Nike phone with her extra long nails and took quite some time. My wife asked her if the Nike app gave any discounts, trying to trigger to scan my app, but she said, “nope” and that was that. Meanwhile the gentleman next to her was all about great customer service! I will definitely skip Kia’s line next time."
