"I went to get some shoes and all the staff was rude and very unfriendly to me and my family I don’t recommend this store to nobody."

"I originally went to another Finish Line in the area to exchange shoes my son received for his birthday, and they wouldn't help, something about starting with a negative on the register. I had to drive 2 hours to get there. So I tried this location instead. RICKY was wonderful. He took care of the exchange and was very helpful. Only after the transaction did I explain what happened. I will only go to this location in the future."

"Me and my fiancee was just at this location 11/29/20 and the staff was so patient and they also appreciated our patience. The managers Ricky and the young ladies were all over the mask policies. Next time in myrtle beach I will pay them a visit."

"Terrible experience, told me I could get the military discount without donating $5 to Special Olympics and begun to yell and tell me to get out the store. That’s how they treat a 8 year Marine Corps Veteran who served this country honorably. This issue occurred on 11/20/2020. Please do not give this store your money or time. "Disrespectful staff as a manager asked to exchange slides charging me more just because it was a different color having the same price tag for both. Wanted me to give the money to him on his hands instead of the counter. Then he placed my changed on the counter i could of reacted like him but no I didn't. I should off never purchased anything from him so never again will i go there. Then he had a smart remark have a safe trip because the roads are dangerous, wishing me deep down something bad to happen to us. It's a shame i work with customer service all the time and will never disrespect a customer like he did."
