"WOW! I'm kind of new to the Charlotte metro area and I have been on a mission to find a barbershop to call home. I just had my second cut at Hunter / Brae and I'm extremely pleased with their service. Fiona was awesome. She was easy to talk to and very nice. I showed her some pictures of how I wanted my hair cut, and even though my hair was uneven and a little short on top, Fiona worked her magic and gave me the cut I asked for. She even offered her professional opinion on a more attractive way to style the front hairline. On my way out, I had a brief, friendly conversation with Rex. He seems like a cool, laid back guy! The shop is modern and EXTRA clean. Even the restroom was clean. lol. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a new barber/stylist."

"I recently moved to the Fort Mill area in November and since then, it has been a struggle to find a place that can trim and take care of my beard so well. Admittedly, I know that I am very particular with how I want my beard to look and almost every time I have gotten it cut in the past, I had to break out my beard trimmer at home and fix something. I always saw this shop every time I walked out of Harris Teeter and after reading reviews, I decided to book an appointment with Rex. For the first time in a long time, I walked out after getting a beard trim with 100% confidence I would not have to fix it when I got home. Rex did a fantastic job on my beard. He even asked to if he could clean up my hair and blend my beard into it, which he did not have to do as it was not part of the service I scheduled. That in itself, tells me everything I would ever need to know about Rex and the culture of his shop. He could have just done the beard trim service I scheduled and let me go, in which case my beard trim was still an 11 of out 10, but instead he went above and beyond. It's an attestation that not only are his standards of quality but also that his standards of service are beyond any other place around. I can say with absolute certainty, that after numerous haircuts and beard trims over the past 8 months, I have FINALLY found the place that I will be returning to."
