"I’ve visited QT throughout the years and previously gave a high rating but upon my last visit I was serviced by an older technician that began cleaning my polish with used cotton - very unhygienic & gross, and was almost missed had I not looked up. The technician was also unable to see well and performed one of the worst pedicures I have even received, especially being $35. The polish job was so poor, I had to request another technician in which the manager took over and she was too without proper polishing skill as well. My experience is that they may offer great finger nail services because those patrons always seem happy but I’ve rarely left with a satisfying pedicure. Although the shop is pretty it could use more employees, a deep/consistent clean, new polish and employees that can polish light colors. They could also stand to be more friendly and appreciate of clientele in this economy."
"First time trying this salon. They are one of few in the area open on Sundays. I got one of the deluxe pedicure options and it was heaven. Super relaxing and I didn't feel like they were rushing me even though they were busy."
