"Made four appointments for myself and kids today. Girl at desk only checked in one of us and then the stylist took a walking that came in after us instead of honoring our appointments. This was already 15 minutes after our first scheduled appointment. On past visit had requested that they store notes in the system for the kids haircuts and they had failed at that as well. Terrible customer service and no explanation as to why they too a walk in that arrived after us rather than honoring our appointments. Will never go back as I prefer to give my money to businesses that offer customer service."
