"I had a 3 hour hair appt scheduled tonight. I could not find a parking spot. I called to let them know I wasn’t there yet because there was absolutely no parking anywhere. They canceled my 3 hour appt because it was 16 min past the appt time. They never even called to see why I wasn’t in yet (Siri isn’t working on my phone so I couldn’t actively look for a parking space and dial). She claimed she did call. A phone call never showed. They didn't have a manager to speak to. I will not ever be back. The stylist before messed up my highlights. Horrible service and lying to top it off. They lost a fantastic tipper."

"Abigail was terrific. I went for hair color and cut. She provided a thorough consultation, and did an excellent job matching my roots with previous color. While you get your hair shampooed and massaged you also sit in a massage chair, which was heavenly. She did a great job and I'll definitely go back for the next cut/color. Highly recommend!"

"I had a gift card package for charity event that was about to expire so I finally booked all my appointments here at the salon. I enjoyed a 60 minute massage with your massage therapist and she was amazing! You know it’s good when you fall asleep at some point. Then I got a quick cut shampoo and style. It was done very very well and quickly. The entire place had a really great vibe and you could tell the stylist enjoyed working there. They also have a salt room and other options. I appreciated how everything was in one place and that I could book it in less than a weeks notice. It also doesn’t hurt that there are restaurants and bars in the same shopping area so you can go enjoy a cocktail or two afterwards."
