"NIGHTMARE OF A HOTEL!! If I could give this place a zero star I would. Customer service or the “GM”, as she called herself, was TERRIBLE. We came in town early to get a hotel before our cabin and walked in to FILTH! The smell was horrendous, bathroom ceiling had a huge hole and stuffed with toilet paper, floors were not swept or mopped, floors were sticky, coffee machine was disgusting, sheets and pillows had holes and stains on them, crumbs all over the bed and presumable bed bugs from pictures we took. We did not stay and would never recommend this place to anyone!! We have contacted customer care and have reported this place and the “GM”. We called the “GM” when we were leaving and she did not answer. We called again the next morning and she told us “that is a new room”. Again, this place has been reported and needs to be shut down."
"Had a few minor issues the first night but staff was friendly and very helpful as well as immediately assisted with our issues in the most polite way. You can see they are actively in the remodel process and trying very hard to better themselves. My husband and I have stayed here multiple times while visiting the area and have seen the struggle to better themselves. Got to stay in one of the renovated rooms our last visit and I can honestly say when the work is completed finally it will be a much needed upgrade for such a large property. Are the rooms amazing right now? No not all of them but honestly if you have an issue and just politely address it with the front desk they will go above and beyond to make things right. Can't wait to see the final product once it's complete."
"So the location isn’t bad. Right in town. I’m giving a 1 star though because there is absolutely nothing else good about this place. No blankets, only sheets. And the sheets have stains and holes in them. It stinks. Thankfully I didn’t see bed bugs, but others have. Office workers are rude af and ghetto. Go somewhere else or sleep in your car. The beds are lumpy and just not comfortable. Best part of this hotel are the walkways leading out of here."
"Disgusting, dirty, busted, stinky. Door was missing a knob, frayed carpet, huge water stain on ceiling from bath on the floor above, filthy mattresses, broken toilet seat, leaking faucet, dead bugs and spider webs in the corners. Walked in and the smell of poop was soaked into the room. Mattress was turned upside down, I can only imagine what they were hiding. Asked if they had breakfast as advertised and they did not. Only offered a refund of one night of two. Front desk was polite. Praying for everyone walking up to the front desk while we search for hotels in the car."
"Stay away from this place. It is a dump. It perplexes me how this place has the nerve to be in business in this high-tourist area. Worst hotel I have stayed. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay: 1-Even though I had a reservation, I had to wait 45 minutes to be checked-in because rather than processing first the guests with a reservation, the two front desk staff were processing a walk-in group of 12 people that needed several rooms, had complicated sleeping arrangements, had issues with their credit card, and English was not their first language. 2-There is no Front Desk, just a makeshift desk at the end of their "Lobby". However, the two gentlemen serving as Front Desk staff were trying to be as efficient and diligent as possible in spite of being short-staffed and the chaos around them. 3-As I was waiting in line to be checked-in, other hotel guests were coming in to complain about non-functioning room lights, no hot water, no guest towels, and more. 4-Specifics of my room: no towels; the sink faucet was leaking at the base of the handle; shower room light not working; shower room ventilator not working; toilet seat had one broken hinge; holes on the wall, the doors were full of nicks and scratches; room carpet was dirty and worn out; bathroom floor tiles were sticky, and all the wall pictures were on the floor. 5-Right in the middle of their parking, the had overflowing dumpsters with what seemed like construction rubbish, to include used mattresses. I complained to the morning staff when I was checking out in the hopes of a discount for the poor service but no, they gave me a rehearsed response about the place being in transition because of new management and still charged me full price. I was scammed. I am never staying in this hotel chain again. See the attached photos of my room."
