"We stumbled across this darling AirBnB when looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge, TN. It was PERFECT for our little family weekend getaway! Super comfortable, much like a king suite in a great hotel! The staff were by far the friendliest we’ve experienced in years! The room was SO clean. I usually do a “once over” with my travel cleaning supplies, but it was absolutely not necessary here! We recommend this place to anyone needing a nice, quiet place to stay."
"Wonderful stay! For starters we stay in TN every year and this place was very clean. Like I’m usually funny about hotel bathrooms but these were very cleaned! Even provided ACTUAL shampoo and conditioner and real body wash not little hotel ones. Extra wash clothes and towels without asking. The hot tub was so so nice and kid friendly we stayed at over new years and even tho it still the country side of Tennessee there is so much around you to do and eat and see. Very beautiful view as well great breakfast. Very wonderful and hardworking staff to make sure we were accommodated. Definitely coming back!"
"I recently stayed at the newly renovated Tremont Lodge and Resort and was thoroughly impressed with the updates. The lodge blends rustic charm with modern amenities, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated, offering comfort and style. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent service throughout. With its stunning location, the lodge is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. The renovations have truly elevated the experience, making Tremont Lodge and Resort a must-visit destination. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat."
"Great stay! Spoke to new owner and they are offering weddings and corporate events on the scenic grounds and multimillion dollar renovations will be happening throughout 2024. They offer a great complimentary light breakfast spread which had Coffee, Toast, and Cereal and a few other surprises-perfect to start your day. It is rare to get anything free at this price point these days! Both kitchens also got a rare perfect health inspection score of 100. Outdoor movie theater will be great in warmer weather along with a massive pool, room, and property renovation to start in March. This place is a great option for those getting married in 2024 and beyond as all dates are available! Owned by hard working active duty military men and women. Not some corporation looking to offer nothing back to the area. Proud to support this type of business!"
"As a Google reviewer I uphold the standard of giving an honest and truthful review of the different places we visit. This helps all the people who visit this site to find the best deal or point of interest to visit. With that said I found the exterior of the Tremont Lodge & Resort very beautiful sitting up on a hill. The landscape is well kept and well lit at night. We received great service from the gentleman when we inquired about availability of a room for the night. He also went out of the way to find us an extra blanket even before we went to our room. The room was good and with sliding doors with a view into the courtyard. The bed was also very comfortable. The parking is plentiful on the side and rear of the hotel. After 10:30 or 11PM the front desk is closed and to check out you drop your key in a key drop box by the front office door. A few things we found inconvenient were: It was difficult to adjust the heater in the room. The shower gel dispenser was empty so we used shampoo for bathing. Spider webs on the ceiling. The room had not been wiped and dusted in a while. For the elderly, there is no elevator to use."
