"Not going there again. Made appointment on phone for manicure and pedicure. Talked about gel removal on both to guy who answered phone. Manicure forgotten. After getting both, saying to manicurist I had gel on my toes, she forgot to charge me the $5.00. I paid more than a 20% tip for both at that point. The pedicurist came up, said I still owed $5.00. The manicurist tried to defend but the charge slip was still put in front of me. I paid the $5.00 so now we're done."
"I went here regularly for manicures for awhile and received many nice ones. However, two of my last three have been bad. I hadn’t been back in awhile but figured I would try again. The nail tech asked if she could remove my nail polish (regular, not gel) with a sanding type tool, and I consented. However, she left the nail surface in a very rough condition without smoothing it down. Now I’m finding my nails are especially weak and prone to snagging, which I attribute to her removing part of the nail surface. The very next day after I got this manicure it started to chip off. (The photos below were taken the day after the manicure.) I’ve never experienced this. Usually a regular manicure will staying looking pristine for about a week. It chipped so much that I removed all of the polish after just four days. This felt like not only a waste of $25 but left my nails in poor condition. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be going back."
"This was my second time coming for a pedicure. A natural classic pedi with regular polish is $40. There’s a more basic option before the classic that is $5 cheaper. I was charged $3 for gel polish removal. (I hope this gives a sense of pricing. Speak up if you have a question or don’t like something.) The nail techs offer you a beverage and are courteous and responsive to what you want. I walked in without waiting and had a nice experience."
"My pedicure was perfectly fine, no complaints. My manicure, however, was sloppy and my cuticle on my thumb started bleeding. During the service, I asked to have the polish cleaned up with no luck. When I asked to have it taken off, I was told I wasn't actually bleeding and that the antiseptic would be fine. I wouldn't recommend this place despite my tech being polite, they don't listen to their customers at all"
"Nothing like a nice pedicure and glass of wine. The staff here is amazing! I am happy EVERY time I come here. Shields up, mask required, social distancing respected. I love it here!"
