"Amy did an amazing job with my deluxe manicure today! I had initially wanted SNS but several of my nails were shorter than the others, so she suggested building them up with some acrylic. I love the results! I will definitely be back again."

"I was pretty excited to book an appointment at Posh Salon, but things took a disappointing turn. When I called to ask for help in figuring out which service to go for (because their website had a bunch of options I wasn't familiar with), the person on the phone was kinda rude. They basically told me to figure it out myself online before calling them, which felt pretty unwelcoming. Anyway, after spending time navigating their website and finally booking an appointment, I got hit with a rejection. They just said, "book another appointment," without explaining what went wrong. I mean, seriously? I thought booking a simple nail spa appointment wouldn't be this complicated. The whole thing took way longer than it should have and ended with me not being able to secure a spot. It's a shame because I was looking forward to trying their services, but the poor management and unfriendly customer service made me think twice. I believe how a business treats its customers matters a lot, and this experience just didn't sit right with me. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere, hoping for a more welcoming and helpful experience. If you're thinking about giving Posh salon a shot, just be aware that the booking process might not be as smooth as you'd hope. Good luck!"

"I was visiting a friend and needed a place to fix my terribly done dip nails. We randomly landed on this place and I had the best experience ever! I got a pedicure with gel polish and dip mani with holographic chrome design. I have to admit I had low expectations, but Posh absolutely blew me away. This was the best dip mani I’ve ever received. It was so well done. The dip was not thick and chunky like other places have done it and it has lasted almost two weeks with no chips or lifting. My nails looked exactly like the picture I showed them as well. My gel pedi was also incredible and is still going strong even after a week in a pool and sand 24/7 in Mexico! I am truly so impressed and will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Durham!"
