"Go elsewhere, this mulch place was very slow and office staff was rude. Took me 30 mins to get a couple yards of mulch. Staff was not helpful at all, refused to assist me in matching mulch and left me to do their work for them. The machine operators who load the mulch were very nice but the office staff was not helpful and stayed inside building, would not even come to the service window after knocking several times. I would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can give. Said we only assist over the phone due to Covid, but there were several people inside. Worst experience and very unprofessional, I will not be back. When I finally got the mulch it had clumps of mud and big rocks as well. I talked to several people who have had bad experiences as well with Tarheel Bark. I will not be back."
