We purchased por home with DR Horton and we were given this company information as the company who installed the kitchen cabinets. I contacted them to request a quote on repair and additional cabinets multiple times. Calls were never answered. , I also tried reaching out via social media profile, no luck. Eventually I stop reaching out, it’s definitely a sign of bad customer service."

"Useless... the woman who answered the phone literally refused to sell me paint to match my marsh cabinets. My installer told me to buy paint from them to match my marsh cabinets and She told I could only buy paint from my installer. I tried to explain to her my situation and she interrupted me. She was infuriating"

"Marsh came highly rated and award winning on Houzz. They've failed to meet the awards they received in quality, customer service, and timely completion. Look at the photos of the incomplete cabinet installs and missing handles, that potential buyers have had to see, due to your company not completing a job that should've been done 5 months ago!! Marsh was contracted back in June 2018, as of 12/1/18, they're still not done! Also, the installer never adjusted all the doors to make them soft closing. So some close soft and some close loud! This isn't what I paid for!!"

"I can't comment on how well their designs are because we never received a quote. The sales rep came out and said he would have something to us in a few days. That was close to 2 weeks ago and not follow-up from them. It's a bad sign when a business is non-responsive prior to the sale, what happens after?"
