"Average Experience !!! We did family room upgrade from carpet to hardwood floor. Unlike all other reviews, my experience with rice flooring and Arlo was average. My design person was Gregg. Amazing work and installation. However, communication during design phase and and on the day of installation was not as per expectation. Arlo came only for 10 mins in morning on day of installation. Did not had good overview about whole Installation process. Also, had some challenges after work was completed, but didn’t get very good attention after work was done. Also, there are some post installation follow up commitments, which never happened till date."

"We had the floors replaced in our entire home after moving into a new build after 7 years. We replaced glue-down LVP with floating 8mm LVP, replaced our carpet stairs and hallway upstairs with hardwood stairs and the same LVP. We also replaced all of the carpets in our bedrooms and play room. Arlo and team at Rice's did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done. They were great to work with, responsive and got the job done quickly but at high quality."

"From the selection of our floors to installation, Rice’s Flooring met all our expectations and worked with us each step. Greg spent so much time with us showing us different types of flooring, colors, explained wear layers and embossed vinyl. We were able to feel confident in our choice and looked forward to installation. They were able to fit us in the week we wanted (about 3 weeks after picking our flooring and putting the deposit down). The installation crew did an amazing job! And when I had questions about the floating floors, they were able to answer everything! Arlo and Greg were super nice and available during the entire process. Our house is an older home and I worried about whether it was level enough for the floors and they installed them perfectly."

Arlo was very helpful in helping choose the perfect flooring for my needs and budget. I also had luxury vinyl tile installed and grouted in the master bath as well as a custom closet. The installers were extremely knowledgeable. After the install, the work areas were cleaned and left in perfect shape.
