"Glad they have overnight parking you need it because your going to sit and sit the way they run this place is awful 2+ hours haven't even started unloading due to not following the fcfs and In fact picking and choosing trucks due to a terrible set up yard, and race, so if someone else is delivering the same type of material you just sit and wait to then get to the spot just to sit agian well they unload 3-5 trucks that came in after you"

"called at 4pm and to ask a question about a door and the lady on the phone was so rude she told me i can call back in the morning and she was very unhelpful. not how you run a business! if you’re closed just don’t answer instead of answering rudely. if you had the time to pick up the phone im sure you had time to answer a simple question."

"Have ordered SO many things for our new house from BFS, but the most recent purchase has been ridiculous! Ordered Trex decking (after waiting forever, we believe it was never actually ordered until we followed up with our order), then it was delivered & 1 piece was damaged. Not to mention the delivery driver placed it in the mud!!! Following week, the replacement 1 piece (& 5 other pieces that my husband needed) were delivered. Where, you ask? Near the road on our gravel driveway with no protection; not close to our house. Nothing! Also, another 1 piece was damaged. That's a 45 minute drive with current gas prices to deliver 1 piece of Trex because someone's too lazy to check their orders before they go out. Hopefully, we'll be able to finish our back porch soon."

"Overnight parking allowed in driveways. If driveway closest to Quicktrip/railroad truck overpass is full you can park on next driveway. Receiving starts at 700-1600."
