"August 1st 2023, 1140 a.m. I walked into store 6676 located in Harrisburg, NC and was not greeted by any of the four employees working at this moment. I made eye contact with two of the employees and did not get any response from either one of them by greeting me or asking me if I need help. I don't know anything about paint and I surely needed help. A consumer should never walk into a store and not be greeted "Welcome" or asked "May I help you?" Poor customer service, I'll go to the nearest location."
