"Got my eyebrows done here today. Not happy with the customer service at all, they called someone ahead of me and it felt very intentional because they saw me when I walked in. They also talk about you in their language. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I will not be coming back here."

"I'm so glad I stumbled upon Mina's in a Google search as they hooked up my Eyebrows! I left feeling like a new woman as they shaped and trimmed my brows to really fit my face shape. And for only $8, well, $9 because I used my card, it was a great deal! I will be back again as the customer service was wonderful as well. They made me feel welcome, and they let me wait inside for my bus versus out in the cold. So, mad respect for Mina's. I will be back for some more eyebrow love in a month! Thank you!"

"They don't know how to honor their long term clients. I have been going to them for a long time for facials. One time they offered me a different person for facial service than what always have. I was not satisfied with that new person's service so next time I went I "specifically" requested the original person for my facial. I accepted a different time that was difficult for me, just so the original person could do my facial. The only reason I accepted that difficult time was Soo I could get facial done from the original person. I accepted that time and arrived right on time for the facial appointment. The moment I entered, that specific person said they had to leave and go somewhere, So someone else had to do my facial. They went against their words, despite then promising a particular person for facial. It was fine, the new person did an okay job, not bad. And the moment my facial was done the original person arrived. As if they only disappeared when I needed facial and came back when I was done. It was this attitude. And the lack of keeping their weird and their promise is what pissed me off. I didn't say a word to them. But this shows bad attitude. If you can't keep your promise to your customer, I can't respect you nor give you my business."

"Just hate the service here. I wanted and said loud pls make my Shape ROUND , and she said okay at first then afterwards she started saying Arch is good! And started saying your this eyebrow is thicker another you need to grow! Common Man, I don’t need anatomy class, if you cannot fix this then say that and also I agree every part right and left is not equal she started complaining about my brow! You need to grow hair here! Oh wow? I need to grow omg! I can’t believe…how easily they body shame you! You are there to fix the brow. Also the lady was so annoying as she dint even cleaned up properly. I just paid and got off from that… also have attach my picture. Worst service I just hate it!!"
