"I usually come here every month and leave with no complaints, however I went on Sunday and it was horrible. The lady who did my brows left in the middle of the appointment for 5 minutes and came back on her phone. She was on her phone a couple times during the appointment and rushed me out. I was trying to see if my brows looked good and she goes "They are great right?" And walked to the register. I really wish I caught her name because it was a really bad experience. I am also breaking out all around my eyebrows and upper lip which I NEVER do, and this is really upsetting because I have been coming here for years."

"I needed a last minute walk-in as it was after closing time to where I usually go. The threading HURT and it’s been 5 days and my eyebrows still feel like someone tried to shave me with an old rusty razor blade although I had just threading. Looks good though. Just feel like the tools used were not clean. Lesson learned: I’m staying loyal to Jenny. Pros:they were quick. No waiting. Accept walk ins."
