"Came in with my daughter the evening before the first day of preschool. My biracial daughter wanted box breads for her first day. I tried another store before coming here. I have never done box braids so I didn’t know what I was doing and was nervous to ask for help. The girl working was so kind and patient with me and amazing with my daughter. She helped me get everything I needed and gave me some tips as well as answered all of my questions. She will never know how grateful I truly am. We are now a forever customer!"

"The staff working the evening I visited was pleasant and quick at acknowledging customers and offering assistance. I noticed a very low inventory of crochet hair. The packs seemed to be very light in comparison to competitors. I'm assuming what was offered is what this market in the area near this location prefers. I did find great hair products I use. I purchased Design Essentusl hair oil, leave-in, and an Aphogee protein pack. I am satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received."

"Terrible experience I would absolutely not recommend anyone spending their money here. You try to support the businesses and businesses like this remind you why you should not terrible customer service. First time visiting employee did not explain that there is no return refunds. Only exchanges, employee helped me find what I needed for 5 to 10 minutes and it was still the wrong product and would not give me a refund nor did she tell me at the time of purchase that there is only exchanges no refund. When I came back in to get a refund she had an attitude with me and I tried to reason with her explaining that this was my first time in there. She kept referring to the policy at the register with a nasty attitude. Unfortunately for myself I did not see the policy but she still would not give me a refund. After it was her error in my purchase choice. Don't spend your money here."
