"I had been going to Hughes for major repairs since they opened. However, I wasn't aware that they changed owners a few years ago. I took my car in to have my window regulator replaced and discovered this change. I stuck with them bc I didn't think Glenn would ruin the reputation they had built..I was sadly mistaken. In the process of taking my door apart, they broke off the side mirror control. He came in and asked if anyone else worked on the door. I said no. He said, well, someone must have bc a part broke when the mechanic took it apart. He told me he ordered a new part, it would be in in a few days. It cost $41. I took it in the next week to be replaced. He then tried to charge me for it. He called me disrespectful for calmly and simply stating that I wasn't paying for replacing a part that his mechanic broke. I never once stated I would pay, nor did I tell him to order the replacement part. In the end, he didn't charge me that day. He has still lost my business. I will not do business with someone who blames their mistakes on others and then gets offended when he's called out for it."
