From the minute it arrived, Jeff from the service department, kept me updated on the engine replacement process(recall). With in a week he informed me that the necessary diagnostic test and documentation needed was completed and sent to Coorporate Offices. Once approved Jeff and the mechanics went to work. Completed work within 3week time frame.( the parts took a few days to arrive).
