"Adolphie was our driver, and was very unsafe he ran a red light. He pulled out before our last person was in the vehicle and made one of our riders hit her head on the door jam of the SUV. I have ridden in many car services and this was by far the worst. Very unsafe and unprofessional. A cab would be a better option."
