"Had really bad experience took car to him to get checked out they said it was fine they aligned it take it back a couple days later and they tell me oh you have bad tie rod ends you need to get them changed after they told me they were good to start with so now I have to get them changed and have it aligned again the guy didn't even want to do the work he just likes to rip people off and act like he is better than everybody else"

"We have used this mechanic shop before and anticipated that we would be giving a glowing review. In the past they have done good work, been honest, communicated effectively, and offered excellent customer service. This is how our most recent interaction started and they seemed to be going above and beyond expectations. However, when we tried to speak with the owner to clear up a misunderstanding and resulting problem, he immediately became defensive and yelled at us. He was so focused on ranting about his position that he wouldn’t listen when we explained how we had not been contacted as an employee had claimed and been given incorrect information on a prior visit. The employee who again insisted that he had called us is one of the reasons we’d previously judged the shop as honest. So, I double checked the records from our phone service provider and there is not an incoming call that could have been from them."
