Move to the side the customer rep could’ve said no he entertains him for several minutes as he decides what price he wants to pay on the key he wants. The customer rep then decided to go out with the man to his car to find which key goes where. No “I’ll be right with you.” “Ill be back soon” nope another no nothing.
